TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you use the Laxe AU website or purchase from Laxe. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these terms. A binding sale is formed when Laxe accepts the order, usually by sending an order confirmation or dispatching the goods.

You must provide accurate, current contact, billing and delivery information. Laxe may decline, hold or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, information cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, a genuine listing error occurred, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If Laxe cannot supply a paid item, the affected amount will be refunded or an alternative offered with your agreement.

PRODUCTS, FINISHES AND MEASUREMENTS

Laxe aims to present products, colours, finishes, dimensions and specifications accurately. Screens, lighting, natural materials and manufacturing batches may create reasonable variation. Confirm critical dimensions, compatibility, installation requirements and finish selections before ordering or installation.

Products remain subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued. Product images may include styling items or accessories that are not included. The product description and selected variant determine what is supplied.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. If GST applies to a transaction, it will be included or shown as required by law. Delivery, freight and optional services are shown or confirmed separately.

Payment is processed through Shopify checkout using the payment methods available there. Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions, eligibility and expiry and cannot be applied retrospectively unless Laxe agrees.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Delivery estimates are guides, not guaranteed dates. Timing may be affected by stock, carrier capacity, destination, access and events outside reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, delivery contact number and safe access. Bulky or fragile products may require a separate freight quote, access confirmation or collection from Yennora.

Inspect goods promptly after delivery and notify Laxe as soon as practical of transit damage, missing items or an incorrect order. Keep the product and all packaging while the issue is assessed.

RETURNS, FAULTS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Change-of-mind requests are governed by the published Return and Refund Policy. Those conditions do not limit rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation where goods fail a consumer guarantee.

Do not install, alter or discard a product you believe is damaged, incorrect or faulty. Contact Laxe first so the issue can be assessed.

INSTALLATION AND SITE SUITABILITY

Product information is general. Measurements, plumbing, electrical work, waterproofing, structure, access and regulatory requirements must be assessed by appropriately qualified and licensed professionals.

To the extent permitted by law, Laxe is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect measurement, incompatible selection, unauthorised alteration, misuse, inadequate site preparation or installation contrary to product instructions, except to the extent caused by Laxe's breach or negligence.

WEBSITE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Laxe name, branding, website design, copy, photography, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Laxe and protected by applicable laws. Website content may be viewed for personal shopping use. It must not be scraped, reproduced, republished, sold, disrupted or used commercially without permission except where lawfully permitted.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND SUBMISSIONS

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access and for activity conducted through your account. Tell Laxe promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Information, reviews, photographs and other content submitted to Laxe must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe another person's rights. You retain ownership of your content and grant Laxe permission to use it for the purpose for which it was supplied, including assessing a service request or displaying a review you chose to publish.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Laxe is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

CHANGES, LAW AND CONTACT

Laxe may update these terms prospectively. The terms available when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
